We offer free shipping on all orders to more than 150 countries.
Countries we don’t ship to are Afghanistan, China, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, India, Iraq, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Guernsey, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Bahamas, St. Barthélemy, Argentina, Cook Islands, Pitcairn Islands, Wallis & Futuna, French Southern Territories, South Georgia & South Sandwich Islands, Africa, Countries currently in war and other Other remote islands/countries/territories.
Order Processing Time
We need 3-7 days processing time to fulfil your order before dispatching.
Import Duties and Taxes
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees because it is charged by your country on importing goods.

Shipping time vary from country to country. Here is our estimated delivery time:

Note: This doesn’t include our 1-5 days processing time.
Please note, there are many external factors that can lead to increase in shipping time like festivals, natural calamity, covid-19 restrictions etc. but we try our best to deliver you as fast as possible with zero delivery charges.
Maximun arrival time is 60 days. If you have’t received order even after 60 days then whole order amount will be refunded into your original payment method.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were delivered in the last 15 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
- The Goods are unused and in the same condition you received
Your Return and Refund Rights
As per our policy you are entitled to request a return or refund of Your Order within 30 days if:
- Received a damaged product
- Received the wrong size/variant
- Received a incomplete order or didn’t received at all
We do not accept refund if:
- You did not received order due to factors in your control(for eg. entered wrong shipping address)
- You didn’t received order due to any factor outside of our control(for eg. natural calamity, delayed by your country’s customs)
- You don’t want it anymore.
Refund Process
To start a return contact us at contact@2dcloset.com with your reason of return and image or video as proof if you have received damaged or wrong product.
If your refund is approved we will either send your refund in original payment method or send you a new product (Depends on your choice) and for return items we will send you shipping address of our fulfilment center, once we will receive it we will issue your refund.
Cancellation
You are eligible to cancel your order within 24 hours after placing the order by contacting us on contact@kuumiko.com
